No surgery

In their quest to develop a larger penis, some poorly informed, poor men have undergone penile surgery. They have had ligaments cut, and fat tissue transplanted into the penile stem.

What they end up with is a dysfunctional penis. The ligaments that bind the penis to the abdomen may pull it into the abdominal tissue. But they also provide stability. When these ligaments are cut, more of the penis may be hanging down and therefore suggest increased size.

But the penis will also be hanging down in the erect state, and this not only looks a bit funny, but also is a major handicap to the penis' maneuverability.

Fat tissue, on the other hand, is so different from erectile tissue that only surgeons with considerable disregard for the male anatomy could have arrived at the idea of transplanting fat tissue into the penis.

What you want is a large, rock-hard machine, not a penis that is plagued by the same conditions as one's waistline.

No surgery. Period.
