Circumcision
Q: What if I am NOT CIRCUMCISED? Will the program not work as well, or work differently for me?
Not at all. The program will work the same for a circumcised man as it will for one with an intact foreskin. There have been no complaints or comments received from men with foreskins who have seen any difference in affect. The foreskin produces a natural lubricant that can actually be beneficial to some of the exercises, making it easier to do them without chafing or rubbing.
How Does It Work?
How do these exercises work? Do they really enlarge your penis, or just stretch it out?
The exercises target the only area of the penis that can truly change in size, the erectile tissue. Your penis's skin has the ability to stretch farther than you would expect, since it has very elastic qualities. The penis is NOT a muscle, contrary to popular belief, it it made up of spongy tissue that fills with blood when excited. Hence, our exercises create more room for the blood to move around in and expand the capacity of the tissue, making the penis both longer and thicker. Some ask whether the penis would only get THICKER, by that idea, but it also can grow in length due to the elasticity of the skin, as mentioned above. When the skin stretches, the tissue grows not only out horizontally but vertically also, making the penis longer. The penis DOES eventually reach a state where the skin and tissue do not allow it to grow any more, but this is typically after as many as 1 to 3 inches of growth through the exercises.
Will You Use My Real Name?
What if I want to email or I want to post on the user board? Will my name be submitted to mailing lists and will I have to use my username? Will people be able to tell who I am?
No, both email and the user board are totally anonymous. Aaron responds to emails as he receives them, and you do not even have to use your user email account if you do not want to, he will answer questions in any form. The USER FORUM is 100% anonymous, and you can create your own username and password, and no-one will know who you are, and you do not have to tell them anything about yourself. The USER FORUM provides you with a chance to talk amongst yourselves, anonymously, and honestly. And no, your name will never go on any mailing list, since our user records are private.
Is The Change Permanent?
Is the change permanent? Or does it go away after I stop doing the exercises. Do I have to do them forever?
The exercises also have a period of "cool down" after them, which is described more in-depth in the manuals. This is typically about a month. What this means is that after you have reached either your "stopping point" (when your penis becomes difficult to enlarge any more) or when you think that you are big enough to stop, you should continue the exercises for another month or more, and then you can stop, knowing that your penis will keep its size for a long time. There is an age factor as the time stretches over years, and as you grow older (like all older men) you will notice some shrinkage. The only thing that can make your penis smaller once you do our exercises is age, and we have created exercises for that, so you do not have to worry.
Does Age Matter?
Does it matter how old you are? What if you are over 40, or under 20?
Definitely not. There are things you have to take into consideration, however, when starting a workout scheme. The first is your general health. There are plenty of men over 40 who are in great physical condition, and if so, this does not apply to you. If you are either a smoker, or generally out of shape and over 40, you will have more of a difficult time with the exercises than a healthy 40-year-old. IMPORTANT: if you have diabetes and are over 40 you should look into some sort of related supplement, especially Veromax which is similar to Viagra. Note that this is more common in type 1, or insulin dependent diabetics. Physical fitness is key if you are over 40, and a healthy diet helps contribute to your success, as well as your sex drive and your body's overall well-being. If you are younger than 20, you may not experience major gains due to the fact that your body is not done growing, and is more resistant to change. This may simply take time, but since your membership last a lifetime, it should not impede your progress that much.
Are The Exercises Harmful?
Your site says that I should consult a doctor before doing these exercises. Are they harmful?
Not at all. The warning is for legal purposes only. We have never had any user damage himself with our methods, or even cause any lasting pain, it is a warning for those who have physical conditions, so that they do not put themselves at risk while trying our exercises.
