Head, or glans size, is another concern among men in natural penis enlargement. Many men see a large, healthy penis head to accompany their size increases. Typically during length and girth growth the head will grow slightly, but some men wish to have a large penis head, to compliment their larger shaft. These head size exercises have been submitted over time by various users in the program, who are given credit in the exercise.

Head Size Exercise

  • Stroke your penis to a partial erection with lubrication.

  • Form your thumb and forefinger into a tight ring around the base of your penis. Maintaining this grip hand at the base, apply pressure with your thumb and forefinger just above your grip hand. Hold the pressure for a count of 5, then release some of the pressure.

  • Continue working this pressure up towards the head, pressing harder as you go. Breathe deeply and focus on moving the blood up towards the head slowly.


The head exercises are supplementary parts of the program, added for men who want to increase head size as well as girth and length. Head size typically does increase to match gains in the other areas, but some men wish to have a disproportionately large penis head, which is also doable. Note again that these exercises are not widely tested, they were created by members of the program. However, the fact that these men used them with success may be better for most of the current members, seeking gains in glans, or penis head size. When doing the head size exercises, they should not interfere with your normal program. If you have completed the main part of the program, and have cooled down, you can do the head size exercises without a hot wrap. If you are still in the program, you can incorporate the head size exercise into your daily workouts, by substituting it for either a length or girth exercise. However, it should not dominate your workout, if you do only 1 workout per day you should only do the head size exercise every other day. If you are only trying to gain head size, it is fine to use the head size exercises in a normal workout routine, daily.
