Point One: Blood Movement

The purpose of penis enlargement is NOT to stretch the skin. By stretching the skin of the penis you are not helping the penis grow. The elastic nature of the skin on the penis makes it expandable without outside help. This means that if you don't stretch the skin, it will work as well as if you do. You will NEVER gain size by stretching the skin alone. You need to move the blood around inside the penis, that is the only thing that will promote growth in penis enlargement.

The first point of the natural penis enlargement program is the movement of the blood through the penis to help promote growth. By pulling the skin of the penis, you are not accomplishing the main goal of natural penis enlargement; expand and optimizing the existing spongy tissue in the penis by moving a constant stream of blood through it.

What this means is that when you are doing the exercises, and milking or bending the penis, you should be concentrating only on moving the blood. The point of the exercises is not to stretch the skin. If you are stretching the skin or if you are worried about your foreskin (on uncircumcised men) then you are not using the exercises effectively. Concentrate only on the blood flow.

Some Suggestions:

1) One of the best ways to get the most out of your program is to make sure that you are applying pressure with the hand that is moving along the penis. This means that if you are making a ring with your thumb and forefinger, you should also apply pressure so that you can feel the blood being pushed around inside the shaft. Lubrication is essential for this to work right, and you should use it on all the exercises.

2) Lubrication is, as stated above, very important. Not only will it prevent dryness of the skin, but it will prevent the friction that can sometimes cause soreness in the shaft, and it will help you optimize your program. Using Vitamin E oil has been a good way to maintain both softness of the skin of the penis and proper lubrication for exercises. Note: if you do the exercises in the shower soap or shower gel work as well.


Point Two: External Factors

Penis enlargement is a gradual process, effected by many external factors. Blood circulation in the body is an important factor, as well as dietary health and regular exercise. Since natural penis enlargement depends on good circulation to work well, the body must be in good physical condition. While this does not mean that men who are out of shape can't do the exercises and see gains, they need to understand that it may be harder, and require more of a commitment.

Many men with type 1 diabetes have serious problems with natural penis enlargement exercises, as do some men beyond the age of 50. However, the best solution remains staying in good health at all times. Eating right, exercising, and living a healthy lifestyle will help your program more than any miracle drug or cure.

Some Suggestions:

1) Work out at least 1-2 times a week. This could be anything from a brisk walk for 30 minutes to lifting some small dumbbells in your room. Buying things like an exercise bike (or outdoor version) or other aerobic devices is suggested. When you work out aerobically you are helping your body keep oxygenated blood flowing, and improving your body's overall functionality. These things will significantly help your program.

2) If you are a weight lifter you should make sure that you are getting enough nutrients. Sometimes weight lifters complain that they do not see as much growth as they think they should, since they are in "good shape". A well-rounded diet, not just protein and other weight lifting aids, is required before change can take place. While weight lifting does not have a negative effect on size gains, the traditional weight lifting diet may not be sufficient to help your circulation and promote growth.


Point Three: Making the Program Work

Patience and diligence are everything in natural enlargement. Some men may wait a month or more to see results, some men may see them immediately. The most important thing is commitment to the program, and a consistent exercise program. Taking days off at a time can set a man back weeks of normal progress. While perfection is not required, a consistent effort will yield the best results.

A lot of men enter the program expecting big changes with no effort, in a short amount of time. What matters the most in our program is commitment. If you take 7-10 minutes out of your day, every day, you will be successful. Even on days when it is impossible to do a full workout, doing something like a pc exercise or a subtle exercise while you urinate is necessary to keep yourself in good tune with your program.

Some Suggestions:

1) Make sure that you keep up a daily campaign, remember to do things like the pc exercise when you have a free minute. Stick with the easy stuff every day, and make a serious effort to do the whole program every day, until you decide to switch things around.

2) Do not give up even after what seems like a long time. Many men do not see progress for a month or more, but it does not mean that the program cannot work for them. Sometimes it is a problem that is out of their control, like circulation, and there are always solutions for this! 3) Switch your program up if it is not working. Try using exercises that are similar to the ones that you are already using…that target length or girth in a similar way. It is important to remember that not all exercises work for everyone.
